Djokovic was a 36-year-old man who won by defeating his opponent 6-3, 7-6, 6-3. He has the most Grand Slam Victories in the records of history. He also became the oldest men’s champion in New York ever.
Djokovic stated this during the trophy presentation with a white jacket and number 24 on his chest,
“I don’t know where to start. It obviously means the world to me.”
He added by saying,
“It’s hard to describe. I’m really living my childhood dream to compete at the highest level in this sport.”
