Putin Says No Grain Deal Until West Meets Obligations; Kyiv Reports Advances In East And South

The restoring of black grains won’t be done till the west meets its obligation stated by Vladimir Putin. Almost 56m tonnes of grain was exported under the black sea grain deal by Russia. The west claimed $41bn as the earning during the process.

The two major suppliers of wheat, barley, and sunflower oil are Ukraine and Russia. The deal was taken in July by Russia, complaining about all the hardships that have been faced. A separate deal was provided by Putin on behalf of returning the grain deal.

Putin stated that the grain deal will be returned but only if the West accepts a deal with the UN and to provide food and fertilizer exports.

Putin also stated

“We will be ready to consider the possibility of reviving the grain deal and I told Mr President about this again today – we will do this as soon as all the agreements on lifting restrictions on the export of Russian agricultural products are fully implemented.”
